Requests may be made in person by dropping off the filled out form at our two technical centers.  

Official transcripts are sent to a college, employer or other agency. Student copies may be sent directly to the student and are identified as student copies.

In accordance with Federal Law (The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act), student transcripts are issued only at the written request of a student. A transcript will not be released without the student’s signature appearing on the request and the request will be returned without processing if the form is not complete. Transcript requests are not accepted by phone.
