Toni-Anne joined the CRPC as a Behavior Specialist in July of 2021. Toni-Anne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Nazareth College and a Master of Science from Touro College. Toni-Anne currently holds New York State certifications as a Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped, an Early Childhood Educator, Special Education Teacher and as a School Building and District Leader.Prior to joining the CRPC team, Toni-Anne spent 20+ years, in a variety of ever-evolving roles within a preschool program focused on the unique needs of preschoolers

Deborah joined the CRPC as a Behavior Specialist, in September 2022. She holds a BA from Hartwick College and an MA in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth, receiving her certification as a BCBA in 2020. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of education, both as a special education teacher for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and more recently, as a behavior specialist for public school districts across Central New York.
