Congratulations to Hailey Reece of Carthage Central School District. The New Vision student based out of the Sackett Technical Center was the winner of a $1000 scholarship awarded by Arconic for being a 7 News Career Tech All-Star for 2023-24. The announcement was made at a reception held for all the WWNY scholastic all-stars June 6 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Watertown.
Reece was one of 10 CTE students from Jefferson-Lewis BOCES to named Career Tech All-Stars for the current school year with each getting their own profile that aired Wednesdays during 7 News This Morning.
