What You’ll Learn

Throughout this 75-hour course,you will:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Observe, record, and report changes in client health or behavior
  • Learn infection prevention and safety procedures
  • Assist with mobility, nutrition, and medication reminders
  • Support clients with emotional and social needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Understand the role and ethics of a home health aide
